Steady growth in the Digital Marketing industry within the Durham Region leads to the first conference of its kind.
Dominate the Digital Roadshow brings together local digital experts to share industry know-how with entrepreneurs. They’ll provide fun and friendly online tools and accessible strategies they’ll help independent business people grow their brand digitally through fun and friendly online tools.
“I love all things digital marketing but learned a long time ago — when search engines first launched — that you can’t know it all, even if you spend 20-30 hours a week trying to study the latest. I am beyond excited to see this long-time dream come to fruition and what my fellow digital marketing professionals have to share. My phone has not stopped ringing since word got out. Durham Region is a digital gold mine of brilliant digital marketing professionals and we are about to take the world by storm!” Sue Sutcliffe aka The Web Coach’s experience in digital marketing led her to the concept for Dominate The Digital and she looks forward to bringing the first show to the place that she calls home.
Jill Kennedy of That’s The Idea and Sue’s collaborator shares her sentiments, speaking of the potential for the conference: “I saw an untapped opportunity in Durham Region to showcase digital leaders in our community. When Sue reached out to me, everything came together. Like Sue said, no one person can know it all and practice it too! As a growing digital expert on the content side of the digital coin, I have so much to learn about the tech and applications behind digital marketing. I cannot wait to be captivated and engaged so I can own my network!”
Beginning in Durham this November, DTD looks forward to expanding their reach well into 2017 to help attendees demystify the world of Digital Marketing and help them take their online networking into reality, facilitating business to business connections. Producing the event are Marina Giokas and Emma Norton of Evogage Productions, who greatly look forward to the success of the first conference.
